Logic 3

One Year Limited Warranty

Logic 3 warrants to the end user any Logic 3 product is free from defects in material and workmanship in
the course of normal and reasonable use form a term of one year from the date of purchase.

This warranty is the exclusive and only warranty in effect related to the Logic 3 product you have purchased.  
Any other warranties, either expressed or implied are invalid.  Neither Logic 3 nor any Logic 3 authorized
reseller is responsible for any incidental damages incurred in the use of your Logic 3 product.

Logic 3’s obligation under this warranty does not apply to any defect, malfunction or failure as result of
misuse, abuse, improper equipment, or the use of your Logic 3 product with any equipment for which they
were not intended.

The terms of this warranty apply only to the Logic 3 products when such products are returned, along with
an original receipt of purchase, to the respective authorized Logic 3 reseller where they purchased.
